Lead Abatement is a process Eclat Building Solutions takes seriously. The systems we use, ensure our Tradesmen work in a safe manner and the Lead is contained and the contaminated product removed from site.

Once the old Lead Paint is encapsulated and removed from site our qualified team perform further tests to ensure that no Lead contamination remains. The freshly exposed substrate is then prepared using standard methods and painted using Ultra Premium Acrylic Paint systems. These systems ensure that the building is protected for many years to come. The Acrylic systems Eclat Building Solutions uses are Warrantied by the Manufactures for periods of up to 15 years.

Once the job site has been cleared Eclat Building Solutions takes dirt and ground samples from around the surrounding area. These samples are taken and verified with the Client present on site. These samples are sent to an independent Laboratory for Testing and the results delivered to the Client to give them peace of mind the job has been completed and the site is deemed safe and free from Lead Contamination.
